Michael is the founder and principal of The Magnolia Company. Over his career he has built a deep background in operations and engineering, leading teams to design, construct, and deliver global capital equipment projects. Most recently Michael worked for Procter & Gamble, managing teams to lead innovation and growth within global supply chains for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Along the way, he’s developed a passion for building relationships, coaching others, and collaborating with people.  With his background in engineering, he has no reservations about getting into the details and taking a structured, first-principles approach to drive operational excellence. His experience in global project leadership has developed his ability to zoom in to understand and work through the most minute details with team members, and also zoom out to see the whole field, understand where the business is going, and communicate to a broader set of stakeholders.

In addition to Michael’s search, he enjoy home improvement projects, sports, and mentoring. Above all, he values respect, integrity, and a passion for winning.
