Michael is the founder and principal of The Magnolia Company. Over his career he has built a deep background in operations and engineering, leading teams to design, construct, and deliver +$50MM worth of capital equipment projects. Most recently Michael worked for Procter & Gamble, managing teams to lead innovation and growth within supply chains for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Along the way, he has developed a passion for building relationships, coaching others, and collaborating with people.  With his background in engineering, he has no reservations about getting into the details and taking a structured approach to  drive operational excellence.

In addition to Michael’s search, he enjoy home improvement projects, sports, and mentoring. Above all, he values respect, integrity, and a passion for winning.
